CSPDCL has started Consumer e-Seva
Services for its valuable electricity consumers.
This service shall provide
Online Complaint Registration facility to CSPDCL consumers for registering Power
Supply Failure related complaints as well as Electricity Bill/ Meter/ NSC
related complaints.

2. You can provide your complete address with landmark so that CSPDCL Maintenance Gang can reach your premise at the earliest to attain your complaint.
3. Please note that address provided by you shall be used for Maintenance purpose only. It will not appear in your bill. If your address is not correct in your bill, please contact your Zone Office along with necessary documentary proof.

Registration
: Consumer has to get registered with
CSPDCL for using this service by submitting the required information under
Registration tab.
On submitting the required information, a password shall
be send to the consumer on his registered mobile no. and email id.
Using
the BP No. and Password a CSPDCL consumer can Login to use Online
Complaint Registration facility.
