Payment of Electricity Bill through ATP
Chhattisgarh State Power Distribution Company have installed ATP Machines (Any Time Bill Payment Machine) at various locations to provide easy payment facility to its valuable electricity consumers.

ATP’s are designed with touch-screen multimedia-base system in self operated mode to collect payment from consumers by Cash/Cheque/ DD/PayOrder, and issues subsequent acknowledgment on every payment made.
When a customer come to ATP and enters 10 digit new service number, the ATP will automatically navigated and guide him through suitable prompts. After successfully entering the new service number ATP will display the following parameters on its touch screen monitor with the option of making payment mode:
§ Name of Consumer
§ Division Location Code
§ Bill Due Amount
§ Bill Due Date
§ Bill Month
On the bill due amount confirmation the customer needs to choose the mode of payment option Cash/Cheque.
On selection of Cash option, a denomination screen will appear and the ATP’s currency pouch is ready to take the currency one after another. After fulfilling the Bill Due Amount, it will print an acknowledgment.
For Cheque option ATP will give directions how to enter the Cheque number etc and also read the MICR fields on the Cheque and acknowledge the payment with printing at the backside of the Cheque.
These counters will remain open all days including Sundays and National Holidays *
